As a Protix Business Controller, you will have the opportunity to grow in your function together with the strong growth of the organisation. You'll be the sparring partner for the business by challenging them on the financials and provide improvement ideas. You will take charge of budget setting, reporting, and monitoring, collaborating with Finance Control and Corporate Finance to provide top-notch management information. You have a critical eye and you are driven to challenge the business and provide advice!

• Be the (financial) sparring partner for the various departments, with a focus on business partnering. You challenge the business and provide proactive improvement ideas
• Support the departments in providing business analyses
• Responsible for the budget setting, reporting and monitoring
• Translate strategic objectives into realistic goals, budgets and understandable (management) reports and other information
• Drive effective cost control by tracking performance against budget centres
• Create periodic management information packs, explaining deviations, and suggesting improvements
• Develop and maintain Excel-based models and reports
• Share your observations and insights with the Finance Leadership Team, contributing to continuous improvement
• Stay ahead by monitoring news, trends, and external supplier/partner developments

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Business Economics, or a comparable subject
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent communicative skills, dare to have a critical eye and challenge people
• Excel guru with a passion for software.
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written), with Dutch as a plus.
• Proactive and a self-starter.
