What will your mission be?
Your mission is to ensure that Hall A delivers a stable and predictable output—day in, day out. You’ll use data to identify trends, detect anomalies, and implement improvements that make our processes smarter, faster, and more efficient. You’ll be the link between operations, R&D, and improvement projects, helping us grow—in both insects and insights.
Who are you?
You are analytical, hands-on, and not afraid to make decisions. You enjoy working with data but are just as comfortable on the shop floor, implementing improvements with your colleagues. You thrive in a dynamic environment and know how to balance quick fixes with long-term solutions.
You have:
- A background in biology, process technology, or data-driven operations
- Experience with data tools and dashboards
- A proactive attitude and strong communication skills
- The ability to connect the dots - and connect people
- Proficiency in both English and Dutch
