Wat zal jouw missie zijn?

Als onze HR Business Partner ben je meer dan alleen een strategisch adviseur: je bent een aanjager van transformatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de CEO en het Management Team om onze gedurfde visie te vertalen naar een mensenstrategie die teams sterker maakt, leiderschap stimuleert en onze unieke cultuur versterkt. In deze rol help je ons doelgericht te groeien en zorg je ervoor dat elke stap voorwaarts is gebaseerd op waarden, betrokkenheid en kwaliteit.

Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

Leiding geven aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van HR-strategie in lijn met bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
Optreden als eindverantwoordelijke voor alle HR-processen.
Adviseren van leiderschap over organisatieontwikkeling, leiderschap en cultuur.
HR vertegenwoordigen in OR-overleg.
Aansturen van complexe HR projecten en veranderingsinitiatieven.
Toezien op prestatiemanagement en talentontwikkeling.
Ontwerpen en beheren van compensatie- en arbeidsvoorwaardenbeleid.
HR-dashboards maken en dat gestuurde inzichten leveren.

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt een afgeronde WO of HBO+ opleiding in Bedrijfskunde, HRM of een aanverwante richting.
Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
5+ jaar ervaring in een brede HR Business Partner rol, inclusief verantwoordelijkheden op senior niveau.
Aantoonbare ervaring met OR-samenwerking, verandermanagement en strategisch HR.
Sterke communicatieve, coachings- en beïnvloedingsvaardigheden.
Een hands-on, analytische en cultureel bewuste mindset.
gedegen kennis van arbeidsrecht, HR compliance en HR-systemen.

What will your mission be?

As our HR Business Partner, you’ll be more than just a strategic advisor—you’ll be a catalyst for transformation. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Management Team to translate our bold vision into a people strategy that empowers teams, nurtures leadership, and strengthens our unique culture. In this role, you’ll help us scale with purpose, ensuring that every step forward is grounded in values, engagement, and excellence.

What will be your responsibilities?

Leading the development and execution of HR strategy aligned with business goals.
Acting as the final point of responsibility for all HR processes.
Advising leadership on organizational development, leadership, and culture.
Representing HR in Works Council (OR) consultations.
Driving complex HR projects and change initiatives.
Overseeing performance management and talent development.
Designing and managing compensation & benefits policies.
Creating HR dashboards and delivering data-driven insights.

Who are you?

A degree (WO or HBO+) in Business Administration, HRM, or a related field.
Fluent in Dutch
5+ years of experience in a broad HR Business Partner role, including senior-level responsibilities.
Proven experience with Works Council collaboration, change management, and strategic HR.
Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
A hands-on, analytical, and culturally aware mindset.
Solid knowledge of labor law, HR compliance, and HR systems.
