Leveraging your expertise in learning and development, you will drive initiatives that align our people with our core values and strategic goals, ensuring they have the tools to thrive and continuously grow. Your role will include providing strategic L&D solutions tailored to our business needs, supporting the performance and development of our people and teams at all levels of the organization and driving culture and impactful change within our ecosystem.  

• Own the Protix Academy: Oversee content strategy, compliance, quality, and planning, ensuring the Protix Academy supports both immediate and long-term learning objectives and contributes to an innovative learning culture and organization.  
• Lead Protix Academy: Manage the continuous improvement of the Protix Academy, ensuring the platform delivers engaging, effective, and compliant learning experiences.
• Shape and Execute the Learning Strategy: Develop and implement a learning and development strategy, leveraging the Academy to align training programs with organizational goals and international standards.
• Content Development and Customization: Curate, develop, and adapt learning content to meet diverse learning needs across departments, fostering a culture of continuous learning & development.
• Learning Analytics: Use learning analytics to track and evaluate all learning activity, gather user feedback, and provide insights to stakeholders on learning impact.
• Provide Employee Onboarding and Support: Ensure seamless onboarding of employees to the Protix Academy, delivering training and guidance to maximize adoption and engagement.
• Stay Ahead of L&D Trends: Stay on top of emerging L&D technologies and practices, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the learning experience.
• Drive Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external third parties (i.a., knowledge and educational institutions) 

• HBO level qualification in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-10 years’ experience as a Learning & Development specialist preferably in an international environment 
• Proven experience in implementing and managing LMS systems, with a strong track record in designing engaging and effective digital learning solutions
• Comfortable navigating both the technical aspects of LMS platforms and the strategic planning required for impactful learning and development outcomes
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Strong business acumen
• Proactive, creative thinker with a passion for impactful learning and people development and solutions. 
• Effective collaborator and communicator with strong cultural sensitivity
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
