We are seeking a talented and experienced Inbound Supply Chain Expert to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for managing the inbound flow of materials, goods, and products to ensure seamless operations and optimal efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in supply chain management while contributing to the success of our organization.

• Transportation Coordination: Coordinate inbound transportation activities, including scheduling shipments, selecting carriers, and optimizing routes to minimize costs and lead times.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that inbound materia Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with inbound supply chain operations, such as supplier disruptions, transportation delays, and quality issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and increase overall supply chain performance. 
• ls meet established standards and specifications.
• Documentation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and documentation requirements for inbound shipments, including customs clearance and import/export regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of inbound supply chain processes and best practices.
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain management software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
