What will your mission be?

What will be your responsibilities?
You will take charge of our employee benefits programs, overseeing job framework, salary structure, C&B plan, shareplan, mobility plan, remote plan, health insurance, pension plans, and other perks. Your mission will be to continuously assess and enhance these programs to provide our employees with valuable benefits that support their well-being and job satisfaction.  
  
In collaboration with HR and Finance teams, you will develop and maintain a transparent and effective compensation & benefits structure that aligns seamlessly with our company's goals and industry benchmarks. This includes crafting annual C&B budgets and skillfully managing the salary review process. 
You make sure that the C&B policies are flawlessly executed, making optimal use of our administrative and HR systems. You define processes and automate and unifas much as possible, to realize a smooth and efficient workflow 
 
Data-driven decision-making will be at the core of your responsibilities. By harnessing data and analytics, you will identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing valuable insights to drive our performance and C&B strategy forward. 
 
Effective communication is key, and you will be responsible for clearly and comprehensively communicating our C&B programs to our managers and employees. This includes providing guidance and support to address their inquiries and concerns regarding job offerings, remote work, RSP adjustments and promotions. 
  
You will also be in close contact with our Finance department, to align on people budget and payments. And together with our external tax consultant you look upon the proper application of tax rules on our foreign employees in The Netherlands (e.g. 30% tax ruling) and other countries (e.g. split salaries), and on our remote employees abroad (e.g. short or long term assignments in the US). 

Who are you?
  • Entrepreneurial, reflective and flexible mindset that fits working in a scale-up. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus. 
  • Medior in defining and implementing (compensation and benefits) plans/programs/schemes 
  • Preferably experience / affinity with definition and execution of C&B plans   
  • Fluent in Dutch and English 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis, reporting and modeling (SQL, Excel, PowerBI and other HR analytic tools) 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to align compensation and benefits programs with the company's overall goals. 
  • Proficiency in HR Information and salary systems.
