What will your mission be?
You will be part of a highly driven HR team tasked with building strong international teams where each employee can add value to the company and do the work they do best. You will work closely with Protix Management to ensure that each employee fits into their team, is committed to our values and business goals, is empowered to perform and can continually develop. You will be responsible for providing HR solutions and support that address the needs of our business and ensure the employability, performance and development of our teams and team members at all levels of our organization. What will be your responsibilities?
Support managers in forecasting and planning their human resources requirements in line with business strategy and growth
Partner with management to develop the organizational capabilities and competencies required to deliver our business goals and provide assistance for business transformation, organizational development and international expansion
Coordinate the annual performance management process and assist managers in providing team members with development opportunities aligned with current and future performance standards
Contribute to career- and succession planning by supporting managers on assessment, feedback and individual development plans
Monitor staff cost planning process in cooperation with HR payroll and Finance
Provide advice to managers and team members on all HR topics in line with company policies and procedures, current legislations and/or common law principles
Contribute to the definition and execution of HR Strategy by designing and delivering new policies, sharing best practices and key trends
Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and contribute to functional and cross-functional initiatives

Who are you?
Available to start per June 1st
At least HBO work and thinking level towards HR/business economics
3-5 years work experience as a HR Business Partner, preferably in international and fast moving environment
Parttime available (3 to 4 days per week)
Ability to travel to both our locations (Dongen and Bergen op Zoom)
Fluent in English and Dutch
Strong business mind-set and clear understanding of HR’s opportunities to support business growth
Analytical skills to find and define opportunities and threats
Creative and proactive thinking and the drive to make the difference
Effective team player and networker
Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills with a high level of social sensitivity and cultural awareness and the ability to build successful and collaborative relationships with team members and managers at all levels
Able to dive into details as well as keep an helicopter view, highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
Good knowledge of labor law, rules & regulations
